How's life, mate?

Taking some time today to write something here. It's really been a while. A lot has went past these few months.

Firstly, I'm finally a sergeant. Graduated from SCS last December. Got posted to 6SIR and currently holding the appointment of GPMG Commander. Life in an active battalion wasnt what I'd hoped for but I'm not really that lucky anyways. Been to Brunei, finished Rotation 3 and now waiting for them Stand-by Duty. I really pray nothing goes wrong during that 5 weeks on stand-by. Still coming, CSB and Taiwan.. again!

Secondly, visited NUS Open Day yesterday. Thought I'd pop by to get a glimpse of my future and decided to check out them Hall Booths. Told myself  I should stay in hall for some cool university-only experience. But it's kinda pricey, on top of an already pricey university education. Where to get the money, man? Well.. there's that. Went by the Faculty of Engineering and took a look around. Kinda old but got macs brah. So, it's cool. As I walked by the building, I cant help but imagine my time there, what ill be doing and how would I feel as a student there. So close yet so far..

Lastly.. Wait, i dont have a lastly. Life's been really simple, so far. Put aside the NS life, there isnt really anything extra that I'm doing. Is there anything i could be doing with with that little free time i have?
