Chalet

Got back from chalet today. It was ok, i guess. Photos should be up on facebook soon. Let's talk about it.

Basically, typical routine of making myself feeling homey once we arrived, and the bunch of us lol'd around before we got to the bbq at 5pm. In between, we played some games and snap some photos. Ok, i was snapping most of the photos. I slept through the bbq prep and occasionally went out to pop some raw food on the grill and coming back after short moments to collect and eat them. Epic microwave-like service. Watched abit of Independence Day and left for geylang.

Yes, geylang. In an attempt to view the culture there, we managed to stumble across what was only imagined in our minds. The desperation and determination, the thrill and scariness, geylang's not a place not for me. After an enriching journey through yet another sector of Singapore, we headed back to the chalet for card games and movies. Night went by well. Slept alot. The next morning, after another camwhoring session with Hadi Abdul, we packed up and went home.

The bus ride was nice. Got to sleep nicely and reached home at around 2pm.

It was a short trip but it was great. Enriching as well. Singapore does have alot to offer. You just have to know where to look.

Which brings us to the next segment of this post. Just kidding. Well, all i can say is that i hope it's going to be fine.
